Found that system is a 3 ton condenser with a 4 ton furnace and coil on s 3100 sq ft foam home single stage 2 zones. Furnace is a 2 stage Goodman. Determined that expansion valve has failed for refrigerant cycle. System is also considered undersized.

Washed outdoor coils added. Added drain treatment. Equipment operating properly at this time. Signed up for pac Homeowner complained of one bedroom not getting enough air flow. Found 1 12” duct suppling 5 runs from a distribution box. 12”- with 700 Cfm simply not enough for air demand. Offered solution of redesign of duct section. Did not want to spend what it took to do it right.
